Vago has 25 years of real estate development and investment, family office, international corporate finance, private equity, and venture investing experience.
Following an investment banking career with HSBC Investment Bank and ABN Amro Corporate Finance, Vago spent 7 years working for the Rothschild Family Office, focusing on a wide range of assignments including private equity, advisory and real estate. More recently, after completion of a 1-year executive course at SAÏD Business School, Oxford University, Vago’s primary focus has been creating value by assisting High-Net-Worth families in private capital, publicly listed equities, and real-estate sectors.
He has an MBA from Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School and has attended several executive courses at IESE Business School and INSEAD.

MARIA
Account & Customer Relations
Maria is an accomplished Account and Customer Manager with over 10 years of experience in client relations, branding, and strategic communications. Her expertise spans the luxury, art, and fashion industries, where she has developed a deep understanding of the needs and expectations of high-net-worth clients.
Previously, Maria served as an Account Director at OuterInsight, a communications agency in London.
She holds a degree in Economics and a degree in Brand Management from Istituto Marangoni in Milan, Italy.

DAVID
Legal, Structuring
David read law at Hertford College, University of Oxford before qualifying as a solicitor with Linklaters in London. He has over 25 years professional experience gained throughout Europe with Linklaters and subsequently as firmwide head of corporate for its successor firm in Central and Eastern Europe, Kinstellar, working on several of the largest and most complex deals in the region, including the acquisitions of several telecoms businesses and banks.
Having now left private practice, David concentrates on private projects for high-net-worth individuals and family offices, including various citizenship investment schemes in the Caribbean, where he combines his legal background with a pragmatic and commercial approach to devise and implement structures that drive value creation.

Ani has 15 years of extensive marketing experience, having worked with renowned international brands and marketing agencies. Since 2017 Ani has been working as a marketing executive for different web3 projects. Educated in Belgium, Ani has played a pivotal role in assisting multiple companies and projects in achieving their marketing goals.
Additionally, she has made significant contributions as a mentor to startups at Google Launchpad, Virgin Startups, and WeWork Fintech Blockchain Labs. Ani’s exceptional marketing skills have been duly recognized, earning her a place among the Top 100 Women of the Future in Emerging Tech in 2023 and BeInCrypto’s list of Influential Women in Web3 2024. Ani is also a keynote speaker at global conferences.
